All our beef is hand picked by our owner Ben Barnes, sourced from either, Stuart Baldwins, in Silsden or Gisburn auction mart. Here we can pick the best cattle from all the farms around the yorkshire dales.

Our chicken fillets are all 100% English. Not only this, theres no common tricks that some butchers and supermarkets use, ours are not just 'packed' in England, they've been reared here too! It is rather sad I have to make this assertion but we are supporting British and PROUD.
